No longer an insult. I know many women that are happy to carry the moniker bitch. Only used on guys, if you're a guy, if you're gayer than the person it's directed at. In essence, you just ranked yourself, Sally.

Bitch has been way too overused lately. It is thrown around too freely in music, movies, and by younger folk. Its been used often as a term of endearment, which is a slap in the face to women. However, it can still strike a nerve with the right person. Some people have a real problem with this word being used to describe themselves.
