The Grizzlies only pick in 2007 was Mike Conley Jr., and he has been pretty solid so far for them. He has started most of the games he has played in, and has a respectable scoring average and assist to turnover ratio. He might not be one of the great young point guards in the game like Memphis hoped, but they could do a lot worse.
