Aaron Brooks was a good scorer at Oregon, and through two years he has made a good transition to more of a ball handler with the Rockets. He was solely a backup his rookie year, but earned a lot more minutes and quite a few starts in season two. He might not have been the great passer that Rafer Alston is, but the Rockets didn't seem to miss Skip to My Lou when Brooks stepped in later in the year. For a late first rounder, the Rockets definitely found some value here.
