Dallas Mavericks 2

Update: They won't get a 1 star, because they only picked in the 2nd round and didn't have to commit to any players. However, they traded Nick Fazekas after he got into just 4 games with the Mavs, and have no other players on their roster from this past draft. No wins, but they didn't have much to lost here.

7/1/2007 - The Mavs had 3 second round picks, which means they aren't committed to anybody. If neither of the guys they chose pans out, its no big deal to them. However, Nick Fazekas and Reyshawn Terry were good college players, although Terry was inconsistent. While Terry has the prototypical NBA build his motivation needs to improve, and Fazekas' big, slow, white guy syndrome might be exposed with the better athletes in the Association. The other guy is a Lithuanian kid who looks skinny and who knows when he will come over to the US. With a good roster, I think the Mavs will be happy if any of these guys break the rotation over the next few years.
