Ciao Italia Pronto, Mary Ann's latest book, is one of the best cookbooks I've picked up in years. The recipes are quick, easy and healthy. I don't consider myself a gourmet, but I get rave reviews every time I make one of her recipes.

Mary Ann is the host of Ciao Italia, which I think I read somewhere is like the longest running cooking show on TV. So she must be doing something right! She is warm and engaging.
