P.J. was fired from his position as the head coach of the Thunder (formerly the Sonics) because of their abysmal record. I think it's likely that he's a better coach than this record shows, but it's hard to say when your team is that bad. I would have given him at least the rest of this season to see if he could get these guys going, but that's not the way the NBA seems to do business.
