This book is amazing it will have you clinging to the pages all day long, you wont be able to put it down. Deathly hallows will change your view about certain characters. A great finish to the series.

I really liked this book, it was a great finish to the series. There will be a couple of characters that you will change your feelings about in this book. The last 6-7 chapters are really good and they send you through a rollecoaster of emotions (that is if you don't cheat and look up spoilers). There will be plotlines in this book that go into a more in depth explanation of things that have happened in previous books. If you are a fan of Harry Potter this is a must read.

I received the book in the mail today sometime around 3-4pm with much anticipation; I've actually put myself on a "media blackout", if you will, to save myself from hearing possible spoilers from the inevitable lot who will be giving away the ending. I finished the book at exactly 1am, after reading nonstop, to get it over with. It's an awful lot of self-imposed trouble when I'm not as devoted a fan as most others. So, as a courtesy to those who are still reading, I'm not giving away anything too big here.

SYNOPSIS: With only vague clues from Dumbledore, Harry, Ron and Hermione set forth to continue the quest of destroying the horcruxes that give Voldemort his immortality. On their journey, they find out more about their beloved headmaster, and they find that they seek more than just the horcruxes. And so the inevitable final battle begins and ends.

OVERALL: While several points of the plot were forsee-able, the ending was unexpected. The story does tie together many loose ends, but leaves a few things to be explained. The story is complete with the kind of vivid, epic battle that you'd come to expect. Overall, I think most Potter fans will be generally pleased.
