Never even crossed my mind.

I've been successfully resisting this urge since I was about 17.

Although I inadvertantly walked a bar tab last month in my local. They just put it in front of me the next time I came in.

Only if I have to eat at a fast food restaurant.

I've never pulled a dine and dash but I'm sure it is unpleasant for the server who has to foot the bill.  However, in cases of extremely bad customer service, I have made motions toward the door in order to get my bill quicker.  It's amazing how you suddenly become #1 on a terrible servers priority list when you start putting on your coat and strolling toward the entrance.  I've never done this in an establishment that was exceptionally busy, only in cases where my server has spent the last 15 minutes flirting with her boyfriend while I wait patiently for my bill.

Never done this personally...but I have friends who have worked as waitresses who say this happens more often than you think.

I have no urge to steal anything period. If you did have that inclination and tried this, I could see it being extremely ebarrassing if you were caught.

Haven't even thought of doing it. Okay maybe once or twice but I never did.
