If you have room for a swing it is a lifesaver. If you get a swing, you don't really need a bouncer anymore. Some babies will stay in the swing for hours and sleep in it often. I highly recommend this. Get one with a mobile hanging down so they have something to look at while they are laying/sitting/swinging in the chair.
