Somehow, I have never seen it necessary to purchase one of these. I love cooking and prefer to cook or heat using an oven or stovetop - even to make popcorn.
Also, I remember hearing that the rays could give you cancer when I was a kid, something I kind of doubt now, but it soured me to them and I never really did check out if it was true.
