Frank Lloyd Wright designed this house for client Frederick Robie in 1908, and it was completed by 1910. It is considered one of the most important pieces of architecture in the U.S. Designed with stretches of artistic glass, strong horizontal lines, and dramatic overhangs, the structure remains a fixture of modern architecture, even despite its 90 years of age.
