Fascinating WPA murals on the ground floor, and a great view from the top. Not very car-accessible, but it's a nice walk anyway. The name always makes me think of sex.

Funny histiry on this attraction as this is a huge fire hydrant. I like what it shows as it is situated on top of a hill, so it can remind me of Rio's statue of Christ the Redeemer.

You get a great view of San Francisco from the top of Coit Tower. Just bring a jacket cause when that wind hits, it's COLD!!!!

I went for the first time a couple weekends ago when my sister was in town. It's the best deal going - $3 to get an awesome 360 degree view of the city, and you can hang out up there as long as you want.

NOt that big a deal ... it's not much more than a memorial, similar to thousands around the country.

It's a very nice place especially if you are the kind of person who likes to see San Francisco from above. You can also feel the wind and enjoy it. If you haven't gone to this place, then you haven't seen San Francisco and you should go and see how beautiful it is.

One of the most recognizable landmarks in SF, Coit Tower not only has a lot of history behind it, but also is a great place to view the landmarks surrounding SF. At Christmas, it is especially wonderful because when you go around behind it you can see all the Christmas lights strung down the skyscrapers. Don't miss this if you are in SF.

I pick this because I used to go here with my cousins and this one time there was this car whose door opened and people were making out.

You can easily find the Coit Tower if you are hanging around in SF and there is plenty of parking at the site. At the top, you get a great aerial view of the whole bay and it's a great place to take pictures. But, it definitely gets boring quickly. Overall, if you want a good place to see SF and the bay, it's pretty good.

Coit Tower is overrated. If you've seen one tower, you've seen them all.

Beautiful place to get a view of the city and bay. However, the lack of parking and hard accessibility may be a bit of a problem on busy days and nights.

There is limited parking, and a lot of couples taking up car space, but there are fewer places to go that offer a great view such as this. Also it's close to Lombard St. so you can have fun on your waydown.

This is a very awesome place with a beautiful view. It is a little scary though if you are scared of heights, but way cool.

Coit Tower isn't so attractive and I don't know why people visit this place. Yes, you can get a great view, but there isn't anything else to do. The parking is impossible. Overall, it provides a great view but that is about it.
