07/24/2007 | He's reminiscent of a crazy cat lady and loves Mrs. Norris (his cat). He's always trying to find kids causing trouble or atleast blame something on them.
If I remember right, in one of the movies he is seen dancing with Mrs. Norris. In Order of the Phoenix, Umbridge makes him nail the numerous new orders and there are so many that they reach the vast ceiling...then they dramatically fall and break after the Weasley twins disturb OWLS testing.
