Was transformed from batty old woman to batty and drunk old woman. Although she doesn't appear that much in the books, it was her who made the all-important prophecy, and also heard Draco Malfoy's antics in the Room of Requirement, so was vital to the story... Her attack on the Death Eaters with crystal balls in the Battle of Hogwarts was quite amusing.
