Who doesn't hate this biased troll? He should've been fired long ago.

Undoubtedly the best referee in the NBA.   Has more guts than the other 60 put together.  If I was a coach,  I would want Joey for my most important game.   But  I would tell my players not to aggravate him.

Seems to be a real head job here. Thinks the game is all about him. Someone better tell him this is not the WWF. Lucky to still have his job after the weird behavior he displays. Seems to have been keeping his mouth shut in 08. He has two strikes against him with the airplane ticket scandel and the Duncan "lets fight" affair. Commish says three strikes and your out.

Definitely an official that thinks people pay to see him. He desperately wants to controls things and be noticed. That said, there are plenty of officials far worse. He has nailed some tough calls over the years, and in the playoffs. 

I would give him 2 1/2 stars if I could.

You know this guy is next to fall once Donaghy starts to sing.

Joey Crawford definitely has an edge to him, but he's a good ref.  He's from a long line of scrappy, cantankerous Philly refs who are good at what they do, but tend to get into it with the players a little more than is appropriate.

Crawford gets on a power trip too often. The guy actually gave Tim Duncan a technical for laughing while he was on the bench.

Seems like more than a few NBA officials to have a need to be the show.

Appears to enjoy the power of ejection way too much, and is currently suspended.

The best officials are invisible. This guy doesn't believe that.
