He is from Phoenix & just Reffed the Jazz vs. the Suns......Well their in the reason he ignore fouls commit by the Suns against the Jazz. 1st time this year I feel we were "homered" by the Refs. Go back and watch the game. This Guy showed no integrity.

Bill Kennedy is one of worst referees in the NBA. Is he blind or can he not see? He needs to go back to officiating high school basketball. However, I would "feel badly " for any district that got him!
