 | Loerke (49) 07/29/2007 | When I was a freshman at Cal, the movie studio actually closed off the Biosciences building in order to shoot the laboratory scenes in Junior. They must have thought it was needed because the plot, involving Arnold getting pregnanct, was a high tribute to "Science." I was happy to get a few days away from my biology class, but on the other hand I was pissed when they designated the movie's setting as "Leland University," i.e., Leland Stanford of our archrival school. Looking back, I'm glad my alma mater is not associated with this trash.
P.S. The one sad note here is poor Emma Thompson. This movie was the beginning of her long decline into obscurity.
