I recommend this psychedelic to everyone at least once. Completely safe, as there is no possibility of over dosing. In all of my trips (12) I could not move, so no chance of hurting myself. Use in presence of sitter is good at first but not necessary later on. The key to salvia is to hold the smoke in for 30 sec. I never had a bad trip, they were all very enjoyable and left me feeling good afterwards. In my experience trips seemed a little more vivid after I had a couple drinks in my system already. All in all i recommend that everyone try at least once, very fun and memorable.

Very powerful hallucinogen, one of my friends was on it and got totally terrified because he thought the desk in the room was a tiger. Always good to have a sober friend with you when you trip like shrooms and acid, cuz you can easily get into a bad situation since your disassociated from reality.

The after effect leaves you feeling groggy and cranky, but the hallucinations themself are EXTREMELY vivid. It is like being in a perfect dream state and the great thing is it doesn't last very long...only about 5 mins but it feels longer. This is not for everyone though. A word of caution: Make sure you do this with a sober friend watching. Again, it is very vivid and you could easily get into a dangerous situation not even realizing it. A friend of mine ran out of my house toward a busy street and he later said he didn't see it at all...he thought he was on a spaceship.
