Stating what you want is not saying how you plan to do it and saying you want people to work together to come up with something is not a plan. Right now he's flying on the old standard of change. Change is sometimes good, but it has to be change in a clear direction that actually leads somewhere. Jimmy Carter was a candidate of change, and boy did he give it to us. After four years of Carter's changes, he was booted out.
