Not entirely indifferent to this but it depends on the issue at hand. Post away any sort of disagreement on matters of consumerism, aesthetics and cultural matters, even. However, when the comment involves a topic that is sensitive to the proponent, the trouble with those anonymous ratings begins not with the widget feature but rather with those filings that don't bother to elaborate on the cause or reason, thus intended primarily to cause aggravation at the expense of the proponent's feelings or convictions.
