People who lie about wearing a seatbelt during an accident 5

Since i mostly drive locally, i usually only wear my seatbelt when driving on the expressway. If i feel wary of a cop pulling me over during the nightime, i get ahead of him as far as i can, and then put my seatbelt on.  That way if he saw me not wearing it, i would have it on just in case he pulled me over.  "Sir i swear i saw you not wearing a seatbelt a few blocks back! Officer you must be seeing things!"
