One of the best sitcoms ever. John Cleese and his writing partner (an ex-wife) Connie Booth, create one of the funniest, well written, and well performed Britcoms in history. This hilarious and biting look at Basil Fawlty, a frustrated, bitter and sarcastic man who cannot get out of his own way, as he runs a hotel with wife Sybil (the amazing Prunella Scales). This series' regrettably short run, includes some of the best comic timing ever put on television anywhere.
