movers stole my credit card, when they delivered the items many of the numbers were missing, the boxes have been packed terribly as we unpack, many items are broken or just plain missing! They took OUR inventory sheet and we have called 10 to 15 times with no help. This was a military move and it was lousy. All of the other 4 have been great!

TERRIBLE. They sent 2 workers (who worked their butts off) and a penske truck to pack and move an 1800 square foot house. They came at 11 AM because they had to do a job before mine, and they didn't stop until 2:30 AM!!

1. I felt bad for the guys because they weren't even done and 2. Why did I have to be inconvienenced and made to stay until 2:30 in the morning because Harrison's didn't provide enough workers?!

I had to meet them back at 9AM so they could finish. The penske truck couldn't even hold everything so they had to leave and get another truck in Chesapeake! I am in Newport News! This is a military move and I will be informing the base of the service I had. I spoke to Steve Harrison about the situation and he wasn't much help, he just wanted to blame the 2 workers.

Also Suddath Van Lines is the one that contracted them and my representative has already been informed and she wasn't too pleased.

Harrison's lost my table legs (11 months ago) and it would be nice to say that they did something about it, but they haven't. I've been in contact with the salesman (Tony Wasco) who signed me up for my move. I thought several times that he had quit working there, because he just didn't return any of my calls. Anyway, 2 weeks ago, I thought I finally spoke to someone who would help me with the claim. He had movers come pick up the table, but when I called and left him a message inquiring as to the status of the legs; haven't heard back from him either.
