Peter Davison portrayed the 4th regeneration of the Doctor. He was very good but I liked Tom Baker better. Before starring in Doctor Who, Davison starred in All Creatures Great and Small. He starred as Tristan Farnon.I wish that Patrick Troughton had minded his own damn business. He told Davison to only star in Doctor Who for three years and he took his advice. If Troughton had kept his mouth shut, Davison might have starred as the Doctor for five or six years. Patrick Troughton portrayed the 1st regeneration of the Doctor.England sure does get expensive. They charged PBS $10,000 for all 41 episodes of Tom Baker's Doctor. Two or three years later they charged PBS $16,000 for the 20 episodes of Peter Davison's Doctor. I give Peter Davison a 4 star rating.

One of the greatest Doctor Who characters ever. A fantastic, convincing actor, who always had a tragic edge (most notable in the remarkable final episode.) I wish Davison's run as the Doctor was longer.
