The movers were very professional and on time. I dealt with some issues with timing and worked with the company to resolve them. They gave me a credit and worked with me to resolve the issues which i greatly appreciated. It makes dealing with a company worthwhile when issues do arrive and they are willing to keep their customers happy and work with them :)

I'm happy to say I just used USA express moving the other day and everything went fine. The moving men turned up on time, everything was packed up fairly quickly and unloaded at the new location. And, nothing got damaged in transit. Overall I was very happy with everything.
