This is a first class cherry liqueur that comes from Zara in Dalmatia and maybe elsewhere. I like it since it is more like a brandy.

I remember reading where King George IV of Great Britain sent the fleet to Zara to stock up and bring back a load. Zara is now Zadar in Croatia. This stuff is great if you can get it!
