Actually for everyone who thinks its a SCam In the email they sent you it CLEARLY states that if you do not send the product back after the 30 day free trial wether bottles are empty or full you get charged 89.95 because the asume it worked for you. which makes sense because you didn't send it back.No such thing as a free lunch. everyone knows that. the whole world is a scam come on now haha just send it back before 30 days and no charge =)

These people should be arrested for fraud. I received my sample, it sucked, I cancelled and months later they took almost $100.00 out of my checking account. I am also going to the Florida State Attorney. I already have filed with my bank as a fraud issue. Nothing was mentioned before they were given a check card number. They did send it in the mail and it was stated then. I also cancelled and they still charged.

Agreed. It tricks you into signing up for the free trial and charges you only for shipping, HOWEVER one month later (after realizing the product doesn't even work) you are charged for not only that one, but another one you will be receiving within that week. I just called them about getting the second order refunded, and they walked me through the return process and promised my refund, but they couldn't refund me for the first one. So all in all, I paid over $100 for a "free trial" for what was essentially drugstore body lotion.

I have absolutely no idea if this product works or doesn't work, although from an exhaustive review of a number of sites, my guess is that it is extremely overpriced even if it does work.

More importantly, I am printing off the reviews on this site because I am about to contact the Attorney General of California, as well as the Better Business Bureau. This is my first experience with taking advantage of a free offer and it will be my last.

Immediately after I placed my "free offer" request, I received an e-mail telling me how much they would be automatically charging to my debt card thereafter. Naturally, they didn't state that up front I wrote back within five minutes of receipt of that e-mail and told them to keep it. Of course, I got it anyway. My first contact with this company was on or about July 30, 2009. One month later, after numerous attempts to remedy this situation, I finally cancelled my debit card because there seemed to be no other way for me to protect myself from this company's underhanded business pracrtices.

My take on this company can be set forth in four letters....S C A M.

People, you have to make sure that you get your free trials and products from the official IQ derma website, which is iqderma.com.

There are many articles and ads that claim to be iq derma but when you click on them, the website you're directed to is iq.glow.com; glow.com; dermstore.com, etc. Now, those are the scam websites.

Next time buy it on ebay, there are tons of packages , sealed, probably from people who got the orders and could not return them. I go the SkiIntensive and RestoreEyes, both full size, for under $50.00, no gimmicks.
I love the products but I agree, their sales is very fishy.
Go to ebay, MUCH cheaper and you get what you pay for.

This is nothing but a huge scam. Had to put 1 star because they won't let you put no stars. If you think you will be able to return your FREE trial think again. They will come up with something that you did not do right like get a receipt from the post office for proof of when you mailed it. Mailed it back in May and they did not recieve it until July and my credit card was charged $98.00 for a FREE trial. Wow free sounds pretty expensive to me for a product that sucked.

The first bottle of SkinTensive xCel was pure white and actually made my face tingle when i applied it. I was very happy with results. Second shipment was goldish-brown looking. When applied, it did not feel anything like the initial product received. I've been a QA tech before so I immediately thought this could be a bad batch. Called Glow.com( sister-affiliate to iQ Derma) where I placed the order and was told " Well ma'm that's because it's hot out here in California"!
Well that reply sent the red flag right up the pole. Called iQ Derma and was very pleased with response that they were going to send me another bottle and I wasn't even going to have to send that one back in. They requested batch number on back of bottle as well. Replacement came and again different color and characteristics of product are same as before. Batch # is GX-23 and is located on back of bottle. Customer rep is sticking to story that there's been a variation in the raw materials used but has not altered any of the products characteristics. I smell a big rat with this. It reminds me of the ole bait and switch sales scams. If this was a first rate and honest company, then to begin with they would have let the customer know that although there may be noticeable changes to the color; they have provided the exact reasons for why this has happened. Instead, my intelligence and the customer relationship has been scammed. I would be interested to know how many people have experienced this.

No...I am a real user. Satisfied with the product...disgusted by the observation that so many folks are getting burnt with the scammy marketing. I will be glad to subtract a star for IQ Derma's sales approach. The product works perfect for me as I stated in the e-mail below, but I am both amazed and frustrated that the company chooses to alienate what might otherwise be satisfied customers with such a terrible method to initially hook folks into trying its products.

My hope is that someone from IQ Derma will read this blog and change the way they are doing business. It is obviously coming back to haunt them. Just let the product stand on its own merits without suckering people on the "trial". They also need to be very clear it might not work for many who try it. It should be obvious that the current marketing approach is turning off a lot of people. A real goofy paradox for those who are actually seeing huge benifits and are even willing to take the time to write about it.

Someone used our debit card to order the IQ Derma Clear Remedy free trial. Of course when we got the shipment we were upset as we did not order it. After our bank took care of everything we were told to keep any items received.

My 15 yr. old son had been to the dermatologist for his horrible acne and redness that covered both sides of his face. He was using a prescribed wash treatment and taking a prescribed antibiotic. It was doing nothing. I decided to let him try this product since we had it anyway. IT HAS BEEN AWESOME!!

He has been using it for about 2-3 weeks now and his face is SO much clearer. The acne itself is gone, though you can still slightly see where the acne used to be. The doctor said theses spots would disappear as well. The more he uses it the better his face looks. Not only has his acne gone, but his skin itself looks healthier in many ways.

I agree with others on here that just because something doesn't work for you does not mean it is a terrible product, or that it won't work for someone else. It really is a trial-by-error when it comes to acne. I hope the negative feedback does not discourage some from trying.

Sincerely,
A thankful mom

This was a marginal item and I saw little or no improvement during the trial period, no more so than with something like Oil of Olay 14 day treatment that is available over the counter for around $25. In addition, they tried to charge my credit card the entire amount for the "Free Trial" when they said they were only charging for shipping and handling of $4.99. Fortunately, I use ShopSafe and the charge could not go through without my approval. Be cautious.

Actually a zero star rating would be more appropriate in rating this dishonest scam. This is not a free trial but an at least a 100 dollar ordeal. They certainly will not return your money. In fact, The company lied about the dates so they could claim legally they broke no rules. And, oh, yes, the product does not work. I seriously doubt the positive reviews, which are largely five star ratings, on this blog were written by real customers. The FTC should investigate and shut this one down.

Although I returned the package within 30 days the company charged my credit card almost 100 $. I sent them many emails but I haven't received any answer. They clearly don't want to return my money back. Don't buy this product!!!

I did the trial of the acne and the anti-wrinkle products. Honestly they both worked wonders for a while. A few months. And my trials lasted 4+ months. The acne cream gave me pretty bad blackheads but cleared everything else. Only thing is after a few months both products seem to not work as well as before.

I sent for the free trial - used the product for 3 weeks and decided I did not want to continue because I saw no change so I returned - I received the retrurn number and returned well within the 30 day free trial time frame. So Far my credit card has been charged $96 and I have NOT seen a credit on my card.

Lesson learned - never send for a free trial when I have to give my credit card number.

I would give it a 0 star rating if I could, but I guess terrible should send a message.

A free trial should come in a small container so that when it takes over a month to ship (when it says what date it will get to you, but it takes 3 weeks longer) and you happen to be away when it does come, you still have time to really try it. IF they wanted better service they would make the free trial literally a small free trial kit that doesn't have to be sent back, this way people will be more inclined to buy the product knowing it was totally scam free, pressure free. This is their way of scamming/fraud. I was not impressed with the product. Although I do not have acne and never have, I do take very good care of my skin by using what I consider to be great products, buying good products is never a waste even if its expensive. I have always had the best skin I could ask for BUT i do not like using bottom of the line soaps or crumby products. I have always used Serious Skin care (which by the way comes in a small trial package and immediately after i tried it, I went and bought it) There was no pressure, no scam, the products are amazing and they know it so they dont have to scam people. The IGderma product made my skin feel dry but didnt feel like it actually cleaned it....just burned it. IT IS OBVIOUSLY NOT WORTH THE 89.95 CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT ha...... so if you guys are looking for a gooooood product go to HSN.com, serious Skin Care is REASONABLE, NOT A SCAM, oh and great costumer service. I wanted to try something new, but guess I have learned from my mistakes and will stick to what I know.

I am 34 years old and just started getting acne in the past 12 months. I would call it moderate acne.....not just a pimple or two. It was very stubborn, constant acne that spread all over my jaw. I tried changing my facial cleanser, my moisturizer, my routine. The acne didn't diminish at all. I started going to a dermatologist and have tried three different prescription medications. One of them didn't work at all, and the other two were somewhat effective but still left me with a fair amount of the acne. At church one Sunday I was admiring my friend's skin and I asked her what she used. She told me she used IQ Derma and gave me the web address. (She told me she'd had terrible acne since her teenage years, and IQ Derma was the only thing that worked for her.) I went to the IQ Derma website and tried their 30 day free trial. I was so surprised to find that it was clearing up my skin. I probably noticed the improvement after about four or five days. After three weeks of using it my acne has completely cleared up. I still have some discoloration from the acne (which I'm told will eventually dissipate) and I do still get an occasional random pimple. But the cluster of blemishes I used to have along my chin and jaw is gone. You can call IQ Derma a scam, but I have a hard time believing it was just a dumb stroke of luck that it worked on me after such a frustrating struggle with acne that wouldn't respond to anything else. Everybody's skin is different.....just because something works for one person doesn't mean it's going to work for everyone. I think it's wrong to label something a scam just because it doesn't work for you. By doing that, you're discouraging other people to try it who may find it to be helpful. I think IQ Derma is great.

Everyone should note that any over-the-counter or mail-order product is a superficial cream only. Products that are not prescribed by doctors are not FDA approved and therefore contain irritants that do not change wrinkles, acne, scars, etc. These claims are all false. The people on these sites who give these products 5 stars are fakes!

I tried SkinTensive and the moisturizer, and was pleased with the results. I have Rosaeca, which makes using many products problematic, but I got good results. So for product, I'd give IQ Derma a +.

However, I have to say I've had issues with their Customer Service Department. I did the free trial, was pleased with the product, but returned the empties as they asked within the time allotment, and was still charged. At the time, I was unemployed, and the money was a considerable drain. It took too much time for them to admit I met the rquirements and reverse the charges.

That being said, as a roseaca sufferer who rarely if ever finds products that help, I'm still considering ordering some more SkinTensive!

First of all, let me say that this company is NOT a scam company.  Not every item is meant for every person in the world, but all in all I can use each and every one and receive the results they claim.

I have been a registered  customer with this firm for nearly three years now.  I began to use the product, then stopped, and tried much more expensive local products.  (I'm stationed in South Korea).  I kept a new monthly shipment in my closet and decided to try it again.  WOW!  What a difference.  The wrinkles that I had been trying to rid myself of (with local products) had not diminished.  When I re-started the IQ line, I woke up the next day with a noticeable improvement.  Not only an improvement day to day, but those crazy wrinkles and lines are magically becoming a thing of the past.  Not to mention, my skin has a new clarity that it had lost.  I've read so many negative issues with this company, and I can honestly say that I believe most of the listed complaints are self imposed.  The company states up front what their policy is, and if you need to contact them for ANY reason, to call the number they list.  I've had to call customer service on more than one account, in the past to state that my order had not arrived.  They've always given me additional trial time, and have always credited my account for items that I did not receive.  I do not know why individuals love to give negative feedback to such a good company, with such a GREAT product.  If you follow the directions, be patient, and allow the product to do it's job, you will not be disappointed; but elated instead!!!!!

The issue with the fumes around the eyes.  I too, had the watery eyes incident.  First of all, make sure you do not get the product IN your eyes.  Next you need to wait for the product to get into the skin, before you proceed.  I've noticed that after a maximum (sometimes much less) of 10 minutes, the tearing stops and the day goes on without a hitch.  The secret is not getting the product into the eyes.  The serum never gives this watery eye effect, so maybe you need to keep the cream away from your eyes and just use the serum!!!

So, IQ Derma.....I am a sold and extremely satisfied (and happy) customer who will continue with your products for eternity.  I've spent thousands of dollars in the past on some good, but mostly bad products.  It is so nice to find a company who stands behind their product and does what it says it will do.  THANKS MUCH!!!!

Your 50 PLUS years-young customer.

This is the worst product in the market. It actually made me break out more. When I talked to customer service they told me the reason I was breaking out more was due to a flush out stage when the med is flushing out all the crap out deep within my skin. They told me that it will take about 8 weeks in worst case to completely flush out crap. Its been 4 month and with no affect. Made things worse and my life sucks. I asked for a refund and they refused. Please people just spare youself the time, money, and frustration. SCAM! SCAM! I am truly shocked by all the negative feedback. At first, I was extremely weary because one, I've spent literally thousands of dollars on products for my face and have never had a success story to speak of. I am 38 years old with adult acne. I use Skin ID for the breakouts and IQ Derma for the wrinkles, blotchy skin, sun damage, and overall texture of my skin. First, it took a long time to receive my product and when I e-mailed IQ Derma's support, they immediately got on it to try to find where my product was. I live in Houston and Hurricane Ike had a lot to do with the delay, but I finally received the product. When I let IQ Derma support know I received the product, they extended my free trial for even more than the 30 days promised, stating that they would do that because of the difficulty I had in receiving my product.
Results: I put the Skintensive, Life Without Wrinkles, and Restore Eyes on my face the night I received the product. I could actually see a difference the next morning! Within a couple of days, people at the office noticed a difference, too! This has never happened to me before.
Compared to what I've spent on products for my face, this is by far, one of the most reasonably-priced. Again, when you're somone who's spent 20 years trying to achieve just decent results for your skin, finally finding something that YOU can see great results feels like an absolute blessing and that's what I feel with this product!

I ordered iQ Derma Acne for my 19 year old daughter's severe acne. She had previously used ProActiv Extra Strength with some good results. I ordered the trial size, and was supposed to have a 30 day free trial. The product took a long time to get here, and then in order to return it to them in time to avoid being charged an additional $89.95 we had to return it after exactly 14 days, only half the trial time. It did NOT work as well as ProActiv, and was far more expensive, so we were not interested in keeping it. However, that was just the beginning of my troubles. We sent it Priority Mail so there would be no question of them getting it in time to avoid the large charge. It should have arrived five days ahead of time, which it did. They sent an email verifying that they received the return. And one week later took out almost one hundred dollars from my checking account. Now, we don't have a lot of money, so this left me with only $3.52 on a Thursday, and checks still scheduled to come in. I called immediately, but they were closed. I called them Friday morning, but they had a recording saying they were closing to update computers, and would not re-open until Monday. No regard or care for people or the fact that they can just carelessly take money that doesn't belong to them and wipe out someone's checking account. I wish I had read the reviews before I started all my troubles with this company.

I have been stressed out and my face starting breaking out alot more than usual in July, so i decided to order the IQ Derma special trial they offered. It made my face feel really greasy from the moisturizer and super shiney. The cleanser was too harsh, and it was hard to rinse off. Too top it all off, it made my face break out worse!!! My entire chin is broken out with acne, and I have never had that happen to me before. In the past would have just one or two pimples occasionally on my chin, now i have 20+ :(. This product made my pores bigger and my chin is discolored purple with pimples all over it. I really did not want to give this product even one star!!!

Okay, for my experience with so many acne products I have tried, IQ Derma is the best, the testimonies are very true. I am a very skeptical and cautious, it says you will see a difference within after 3 days, I have an adult acne and I just broke out 6 mos ago and have tried 5 different products, none of them really worked. Honestly, IQ Derma started working in less than 3 days, only after 2 days of using the product, phenomenal! You will actually notice the little bumps all over my face have flatten in 2 days! and you cal almost feel the smoothness, blackheads, whiteheads are gone, although my acne scars are still visible, after a week, you can actually see your skin starts to lighten and the ugly scars are just slowly going away. But the good thing is, you will not develop any more pimples once you start using it. Just be patient and the marks from acne slowly disappears, depending on severity of the marks. I don't understand why these people never read instructions before they order, it specifically states how long the free trial is and the exact date of next shipping. For me having acne since I was in high school, I am 33 yrs old now, and this is the only product that I will always go back to. One more tip, is that, take the vitamins as well as it helps and cleanse your skin and your whole system from getting acne. I am still on my trial, but I paid for the supplementary tablets up front and it's worth it using the product at the same time. Most of the comments from these people are negative, but all I can say is that, this product is worth spending your money, I am promoting this product and I am encouraging everyone who has mild to severe acne to try it out and it won't hurt anything. So for those who does not know how to read instructions, please be cautious, but me personally, I am not worried, my money is not wasted at all. My face is just as smooth as a baby and I have only been using it for 2 weeks, it just gets smoother and smoother each day and scars are gradually lightening up. So don't forget to to order the Nutritional supplements and take them as soon as you start using the 3 step acne system. I have been really frustrated with all the products and this is the last one I am going to use and I sticking to it for the rest of my life and one piece of advice is to pray the first day you use, it works great!!!

Thank you in advance for anyone who would try this product, it's worth it.

I have sent them several emails advising them that they are dishonest and that they do not have my permission to charge my VISA card for more of their products. I have also advised them to return the promised refund to my VISA immediately before they are taken to court. This company has yet to acknowledge my complaints! Furthermore, this criminal act has been reported to the BBB of the Southland at http://www.labbb.org. Any assistance you can give me in getting my refund from this company would be deeply appreciated. I am recovering form a stroke and need my money for medicine.

i used the iq derma acne treatment and it didn't really work. didn't make my skin worse or better. lotions made for difficult makeup application. not very smooth. beware of the "risk-free" 30 day trial. it's not very risk free. they will charge you $100 if you don't return the bottles before 30 days. read the small print.

Each time I use LIFE WITHOUT WRINKLES, my eyes tear profusely. There are gas fumes from this product which emit from this cream and I can instantly smell them, too. These fumes go directly into my eyes and my eyes turn red and swell, and can not stop tearing. I have had to stop using this product. Does this product work? Absolutely, Not. My free trial is being thrown away.

I tried the Free-trail, decided I liked the products very much and wanted to keep using it, so I did just that. I use Skintensive & Life Without Wrinkles daily, and love it. Do these products have magical results?...of course not! Does it improve the appearance of my Skin?...Yes, big time!, and people do notice and compliment me, so that's how I know it works. I like the Free-Trial offers, it gives you a chance to try without committing to buy!

I like the iQ Derma products I've tried, especially Skintensive, which has made a noticeable improvement in my forehead wrinkles.  The formula has a lot of the key ingredients you read about in beauty magazines and was nearly identical to a brand I saw at Nordstrom for TWICE the price.  I like the idea of a free trial. Where else can you test a quality skincare product for 30 days before making a commitment?  For those of us with sensitive skin (or if you just like to be an informed shopper), that's a good deal.

I have used it for 9 months. It doesnt work. The company just markets it knowing that 40% of the people wont return the product. Driving up sales looking to sell the brand off to industry leader. Any time you have a product that you only pay the shipping and they have an automatic billing if you dont consult them is full of half truths.

Besides the shady free trial, the product doesnt work. It has terrific marketing, in color and style...but its modern day Snake Oil for sale.

I ordered this product awhile ago and love it. I just turned 30 and started seeing some lines around my eyes. I've been using it for about 3 months now and LOVE it! I really see an improvement. I actually got my mom to start using it! Sorry, I know some people complained about their credit card being billed, but nothing is ever for free! It said on the website that I was going to have to pay for it after 30 days. I guess some people just don't read.

My rating is actually a NEGATIVE 10!!!
I ordered the free sample from the ad and was to pay $3.95 for s&h. When I was finished checking out the s&h was magically upped to $9.95 with NO way to cancel! My order confirmation also said that I'd be billed over $85 unless I returned the unused product. I didn't even give them a chance to send me the product, I called the customer service number immediately and told them that I wanted to cancel because of the magical increase in s&h...the man on the phone was flippant and I'm not fully convinced that he did indeed cancel my order! They had best hope I don't see any charges to my credit card or they won't have heard the last from me!!

I ordered the free sample from the ad on Yahoo. I received a different free sample(not the one advertised)plus skin tensive and life without wrinkles with a bill that I will be billed $95.70 Oct 20 unless I return the two products that I did not order. I also don't like that it is advised to try the products longer than the free trial period. I did try the products and don't like the way they make my skin feel (tight) nor do I like that my face appears shiny with this product. I do not wear face makeup so I like a more natural face product.
