how long are you considered a newbie anyways? I guess I still am but have never encountered any bias :)

  I've been here a few more days than the complainant and haven't seen a shred of evidence that would lead a rational person to conclude there's bias of any sort on this site.

UPDATE:

I'm collecting 'funny' votes too, so feel free.

Not so. On the contrary, it is biased in favor of the long term, elite members.
