12/15/2004 | Beautiful neighborhood, with one of the best ice cream stores in Denver right down the street in a neighborhood called Bonnie Brae. But Midwesterner19 is absolutely right - a little falling apart house near Washington Park will set you back nearly half a million dollars, whereas a brand new condominium just north in beautiful LoDo will cost you $350,000. It's exactly the reverse of what you'd expect.

09/29/2004 | Washington Park is nice with flowers and always you see tons of people down here. Washington Park is one of the most over-priced neighborhoods in Denver with little in the way of retail. I mean seriously 500,000 dollars they want for a run-down house in this area of Denver, when you can go on the other side of Broadway and rent a duplex for 500 dollars. LOL
