They claim to give you shipping labels for EXCHANGES--but, i had an order that had three items i wished to exchange---and the sizes were not available. They would not give me a free return mailing label, and wanted me to wait and see if something came in in 3-6 weeks! NO way. go to all the others that have FREE RETURNS. BOOOO online shoes.

Very pleasant experience. I found them through the Yahoo! Shopping block on RIA when I was looking for a couple of pairs of Adidas Superstar 2Gs for hoops. The price was right, the site was nice, and you could pay with Paypal. And when I realized that my Paypal address was out of date, there was a 1-800 that I could call that solved my problem in about 2 minutes. If an Ecommerce site can cover these basic areas, that's about all I need.
