Seriously misses the mesmerizing drumming work of Neil Peart, but contains a few nice little numbers. 'In the Mood' is awesome, as is 'Need Some Love' and the Sabbath-esque near-epic of 'Working Man'. However, the little-too-Zeppelin-esque 'Finding My Way' serves to irritate sometimes.
It's very good, but it's just not quite the 'real' Rush.

Dull debut record, not horrid, but pretty boring. The one notable track in my opinion, "Working Man," is a good song, albeit a ripoff of Led Zeppelin or Black Sabbath. I wonder what listeners must have felt when first hearing the track, which sounded as if Black Sabbath had a gnome for a lead singer or used Jon Anderson of Yes trying to sing with laryngitis AND right after getting kicked in the nuts on the cut.
