Blogger is an easy way to set up your very own blog. It remains in the Blogger network. I wouldn't really consider it a revenue sharing site since you can place ads on your blog just as you would should you own your own blog on your own domain.

Yes, the integration is tight, as Google owns both AdSense and Blogger. The problem is that you have to build your own audience - and this is tough. Blogging is a very competitive, and it takes a lot of dedication to build up a readership. Sites like Squidoo and RateItAll solve this problem by providing a built in audience.

I would consider Blogger (Blogspot) as one the best, and the central resource for the bloggers, since the site is affiliated with Google, and there is a good chance for proper exposure for your content. They also give away 100% of the ads generated revenue. If you sign for it, it will be accepted by AdSense almost immediately, which is not true for some other sites.
