This is a very good paying site if you really have quality content to share with the online community. They pay you upfront payment for each article submitted between 1-20 dollars and it's really fast. You can even receive the payment through paypal before your article is being published. After the article has been published, you still get performance payments from it. If you want to submit your article for upfront payment then you need to wait for about a week to learn if it will be accepted or not, this can be a long wait compared to other paying sites. They probably have so many articles to edit everyday that is why the wait takes a bit longer.

This is a user generated news site.  I find the quality of their articles very poor, but the quality of their SEO very high. 

A 4.6 would probably be more accurate. This site only pays Americans, so it isn't a good place for International writers. They pay upfront fees for some articles ($3-20) and $1.50 for every 1000 page views for all articles (and other media). It is harder and harder to get your articles accepted for upfront payment, and the performance pay is less then other sites.

In general opinion, it is not easy to be accepted for the publication on the site. I have heard several complains that the criterias were very strict. Definitely, such approach has both positive and negative sides. Anyway, it does not seem that they have any problems to receive articles for submission, so, probably, they know, what they are doing.
