Jayne is one of the first punk pioneers. She was the DJ at Max's Kansas City, and with her Back Street Boys, she helped start the New York Punk Scene in the early '70s. The Electric Chairs formed in London in 1977 and went on to tour the world supported by groups like The Police and The Adverts.
