When i step on a V.A. plane, thats what comes into my head, with those flourescent purple lights and the hi-end layout/upscale theme to it, its hysterical. I try and picture people glowstick dancing in their seats with flourscent colored hair. But seriously, I like virgin america (the airline) wink wink. the flights always seem so smooth, I like that you have your own personalized tv (and can chat with people a few seats away....how YOU doin). Its great fun! def makes the time go by quicker. And for me, being a semi-frequent flier who HATES flying, this is an airline i like to book my anxiety-ridden flights on. yay virgin, thank you.

Worst customer service in industry. Continually change flight ties and drop your seat assignments. Live assistance is horrific. Stay away - not worth it.

Respect most of the time their schedule and they give you some vouchers is they do not respect their promises. Nice cabine.... Would just love is they could fly from White Plains NY or another small airport instead of JFK who is a really bad airport to reach by car on any other transportation...

What a joke. Airline claims great perks, but no delivery... TV's didn't work... They should work out the bugs before I fly them again.

Virgin America is a flying nightclub / technology hub. The lighting is tinged pink, and each seat has live tv, music jukeboxes, video games, and soon, Internet acccess. There's also a neat instant messaging tool that lets you chat with people in other seats. There's tons of leg room, and the flights are ridiculously cheap ($100 round trip from SF to Vegas). What's not to like?
