I must admit when it comes to computers I know just enough to make it worse. When I called to schedule an appointment Mike was extremely polite and did not make me feel like an idiot, haha. He called ahead and showed up on time. He repaired my computer and secured my wireless network. I will definately call him the next time I need help! Thanks much PC Guy.
