As a Professional Pet Sitter it is crucial to my furry customers’ wellbeing to have 24/7 contact with veterinarians if necessary. Though Animal First Aid certified myself one night at 9 PM I had to get approval from a seasoned veterinarian that a decision I had to make would be right. I called doctor Safris, D.V.M on his phone and left a message. But you know, how it goes nowadays: “Leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible!” Either you get none at all or only once it’s obviously much too late. NOT so in this case! Trust me, at 9:05 PM doctor Safris called me back and assured me that my decision was the right one and even provided me with further advice! That was AWESOME!
