ImageFly pay rate is US $1 per 6500 image views with minimum payout of $30 and referral scheme of 30% of referee earnings. Site allows resizing images while it is being uploaded and they offer the option to specify particular images as private so only people with the special image link can see it. Interface is not the greatest, but acceptable.
