07/18/2008 |  I speak for myself but I caught on fast with this guy. I respect everyone's right to an opinion but it is how you go about it. This guy goes after certain bands or people he doesn't like and will slam an entire fan base. He can also be talking about let's say politics and then will include a url of Motorhead or another band he likes, that has nothing to do with the topic he is discussing. When someone has a differing opinion, he will continue to repost to make sure his post is at the top. I am told he has ran off several people on this site. In my view, that is the type of person that should be banned from this site. I grew sick of his antics fast and called him out on it. Based on the dozens of emails I have received thanking me, I think it is safe to say people have caught on to him fast. It amazed me considering the fact, I am told he is pushing 70. You would think his maturity level would be higher. Now please note I am posting AFTER him but watch him repost so his will be at the top, lol.
Update: Burl Ives sold one copy of an old album this week. It beat the combined sales of Motorhead, The Ramones and New York Dolls.

07/14/2008 | We may not agree on music... or anything, for that matter, but Fitman seems to know his stuff and is also pretty good-natured, and posts some stuff that makes me smirk every now and again.
And may his "compliment" on my taste in music be returned. :)
Update: Fitman is not nearly pretentious or intellectual enough, and needs to brush up on his Ayn Rand.

07/10/2008 | Update: Heres the latest on Un Fitman: Now hes trying to scare away some new reviewers because he doesnt like their choice of music. I think its funny how quickly these newbies caught on to his childish antics.
6/13/08 Update: I'm still looking for a review that proves what people are saying about Fit. I dont mind that hes a hack for the ultra Left, we need good political opinions from lefties, noticed I said GOOD. Thats not what we get from Fitman. He spends a lot time just complaining about how no politician is Left enough for him.
5/15/08: I've read reviews that say Fit is a great writer, I've seen the word Intelligent used on more than one occasion to describe him. I can't help but wonder about the people who write these reviews, I haven't seen one post that can justify this. I beg anyone to show some examples. He's either quoting someone or posting a link to some Left Wing web site. Most of what he writes is not more than a couple of sentences long...Thank god.

Maybe if we simply limit ourselves to reviews and comments on the items rather than reviewing the person for not fitting our own mold we might get less judges and more friends.

04/14/2008 | Smart guy, even though he's a little too doctrinaire and humorless for my taste. I'm not always impressed by his choice of source material, and I think he can be blinkered on some issues.
That being said, I think he's well worth reading, and he raises issues that aren't commonly found on here, or at least not discussed so articulately.

11/21/2007 | A most welcome addition to the website, especially after the unfortunate departure of so many of the old stalwarts. He's smart, funny, and able to comment cogently on a variety of issues. Has a vast knowledge of music, and it doesn't hurt that his political viewpoints have a tendency to correspond with mine.
