I have heard long ago positive feedback about this community, affiliated with Yahoo! You can even use your Yahoo! ID for registration. Joining the club did not spoil the overall impression. Nice graphic interface and set of the applicable features. I do not know personally, how useful the site is for the blog promotion, but I feel good there...
