BlogLines is one of my favorites. I am using it indeed as a social bookmarking site  for all my needs. Partially, it is because, it is integrated into my Maxthon bowser as a plug-in, and it is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and accessible from anywhere. Individual news items can be clipped, emailed and blogged. And even your searches can be easily saved.
