Enchanted was enchanting. It was better than I thought it would be. I liked having the cartoon part. It was not like the old Disney cartoons that are better but a bit like it. Amy Adams is a bit sugary. It fit in there. The prince was pretty funny and others. I was a bit disappointed that she was not really doing anything in New York but her own little world as it were. I liked the part about her having the pigeons, rats and mice in the apartment. The chipmunk was adorable. Why can he not understand him though? You might know how it will end, but maybe you won't. For a seven year old it would be a lot of fun probably.

an almost five. very good movie. Amy Adams is perfect as Giselle the cartoon princess who lives in a cartoon fantasy land. an evil step mother sends her to the real world so she cannot marry her step son. she ends up in NYC. and turns into a real live person. she still has the cartoon princess happily ever after attitude.  a lawyer and his young daughter finds her on a billboard of a castle she is trying to get into . they try and help her. meanwhile the prince Edward finds his way to NYC to find Giselle. some very funny scenes. good for all ages. Disney pokes fun at itself and quite successfully.
