Blogitive pays a flat rate of US $5 per advertiser offer, regardless of the size or popularity of the blog. However, they have also basic requirements for the blog to be accepted: some level of traffic; indexing into Google and Yahoo search engines; no violence, hate related materilas, adult content; at least 3 postings per week on average; at least 3 months old.
