In fact, this is the 'Meat and Beans' group. All foods made from meat, poultry, fish, dry beans or peas, eggs, nuts, and seeds are considered part of this group.
I take this whole food pyramid with a grain of salt, seeing as how it is produced by the Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion, a wing of the USDA, whose primary interest is to ensure the profitability and sustainability of US agriculture. Perhaps the best advice we could get is to eat less, rather than worry about numbers of servings by color code or whatever, but there is really no money to be made by anyone from that sort of advice.
I would strongly recommend the book 'Food Politics' by Marion Nestle for an insiders view of all of the shenanigans and politicking behind the food pyramid.
