Planet of Fire (1984) 4

This was the last Peter Davison episode that Starred Anthony Ainley(The Master). In this episode the Master is creating a more powerful version of a TCE(Tissue compression eliminator). As he's making it, it accidentally zaps him and shrinks him.
He needs a healing gas to return to normal size. The gas produced blue fire. When the Master was in the blue fire, the Doctor stopped breathing and that turned the healing blue fire into regular fire and it appeared to burn him to a crisp.
The Master soon returned in the episode titled 'The Mark Of The Rani'. The fire didn't kill him and no explanation was given of how he survived. That ticked me off.
Peter Davison only starred in one more episode after this one. I give Planet of Fire a 4 star rating.
