I was at a music festival in 1995 in Atlanta watching the band Bush. From a side stage, I heard this weird poetry sounding song set to guitar. It was unusual, the words sounded cool, and I left Bush to go check them out. It turns out it was Cake performing Mr. Mastodon farm... at the time there wasn't much that sounded like these guys.
