gene autry made this song famous. most people know Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. other singers have done okay with their versions but when I think of this song I would always pick this version first.sweet song with a good lesson.

"Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" - Gene Autry 5

This version of Rudolph actually shared the number 1 spot on the country charts with Ernest Tubb's "Blue Christmas" the first week of January, 1950. I had to check with Wikipedia for the year.
