Excellent defensive right fielder who turned himself into a very good hitter as his career progressed.
Possessed one of the great cannon arms in outfield history, and while he isn't in the Clemente class at the position, he's right there in the group of runners up.
I think he's the best at the position in club history, and I still remember his catch and throw up against the bull-pen fences in Game 6 of the '75 Series with fondness.

I wish he started hitting for power earlier in his career. but 8 gold gloves in right field in fenway is pretty amazing too.
