This team was a fine squad which had five returners from the original Dream Team, which  like their 1992 cousins, destroyed everything in its path  and in my opinion id tied with the 2008 suqad as the best US Olympics squad ever after the 1992 Dream Team.  However by 1996 the novelty of the Dream Team had already cooled off considerably and didn't excite fans as much as the 92 Dream Team did but with Shaq and Hakeem and the Admiral in the middle with a healthy Grant Hill and Anfernee Hardaway, along with Gary Payton and Mich Richmond and Reggie Miller along with the five original Dream Teamers this squad could play with any one and go down as one of the greatest squads in Olympic history.
