This was my best service experience ever. I broke my laptop and I was desperate. It took a little while to get them on the phone (They were apparently very busy), but when I finally decided to leave a voicemail, Ed called me back within 15 minutes. They picked my laptop up from my office late Thursday afternoon, repaired the broken dc jack, and delivered it to me at my home on Friday evening so I could get on line for a seminar on Saturday morning. Wow - 24-hour service! With FREE pickup and delivery, the total cost was only 165 bucks! Go to www.iowacomputerrepair.com for the BEST computer service in Des Moines. Smart guys, awesome service. They come to your house. If they can't fix it there within an hour or so, then they take it to the shop, fix it, bring it back and set it up for no extra charge.
